The fifth meeting of the Steering Committee (SC) of the BalkanMed INNOVA project was held on 05-06 March 2020, at ELORIS SA Headquarters, Mytilene, Greece. Subject matters discussed during the meeting included: the cutting dates for the educational procedure of the BalkanMed INNOVA e-courses, granting of the most innovative business plans, the e-mentoring of the start-ups, the final PSC meeting and event in North Macedonia.
The Governor of the North Aegean Region, prof. Constantinos Moutzouris, opened the first day of the Meeting and gave the floor to Mr. Kontaxis Vasileios, President of PP6-ELORIS SA, who welcomed the partners. Prof. Chrysostomos Stylios (LP-UOI) coordinated the discussion, from which important decisions have been taken for the finalization of the project’s activities.
During the second day, the partners had the opportunity to meet local stakeholders from tourism sector of the North Aegean Region and representatives of Lesvos’ Chamber of Commerce, participate in a fruitful discussion and exchange opinions.
